What is self-storage?
Self-storage is a
solution for storing your belongings when you don’t have enough space at home
or at your office. You can rent a storage unit for as long as you need, and
access it during the facility’s gate hours. It’s a great way to declutter and
free up space, while keeping your belongings safe and secure.
What sizes of storage
units do you offer?
We offer a variety of
clean and secure storage units with sizes to accommodate your needs, from small
locker-sized units to large units that can fit the contents of a whole house.
We offer outside parking spots for your RV, boat, or trailer. We also have
climate-controlled units available to protect your belongings from extreme
temperatures.
Is my unit secure?
Yes. We have 24/7 video surveillance,
well-lit aisles, and hallways. You also get your own personal code for keypad
entry into our gated facility.
Are locks provided or
sold on site?
Yes. We sell 2-3/4 disc
locks at our office for $15.99 or you can provide your own. We do
require that you use 2-3/4 disc locks as they provide the best security for
your belongings.
Can I access my unit
anytime?
No. But you do have
access 6am-10pm, 7 days a week.
Can I rent short term?
Yes. Our lease is a
month-to-month rental agreement.
Can I store anything in
my unit?
Most things are allowed
but there are some restrictions. No items that are illegal, hazardous, or
perishable are to be stored in our units.
Can I store a vehicle
inside of unit?
Yes. At Five Star
Storage our 10x20’s,10x25’s, and 10x30’s can handle any vehicle as long as they
are no larger than 8’ tall. We also ask that you put cardboard or plastic down
underneath the vehicle.
Can I rent a unit
online?
Yes. Renting a unit on
our website is easy, fast, and efficient! Look at our available unit
types with descriptions and pricing to find the perfect unit for your needs.
Click rent now and fill out the information to create your customer account.
Make your payment and your storage agreement will be sent via email/text for
you to sign. You will then get another email/text with your gate code and
rental instructions.
Can I pay my bill
online?
Yes. Log into your
customer account and click “Make Payment” type in your payment information. You
can click “Save this payment for future use.” To save your payment method to
your account so you do not need to re-enter it every time. Click “Make Active
Payment Method” to have this payment method automatically charged every month
on your due date.
